**Job Description**
Execute operational routines of the Human Resources department, ensuring accurate task execution, document organization, correct information submission to Accounting, hiring, termination, payroll closing, benefits procurement, and timekeeping management.
Job Description
* Hiring employees, preparing documents for signature, and welcoming new hires with welcome kits, employee handbooks, and initial onboarding;
* Terminating employees, preparing documents for signature, and conducting exit interviews.
* Managing and monitoring vacation records, implementing the annual vacation schedule.
* Managing and monitoring timekeeping records, identifying inconsistencies, absences, and missed clock-ins;
* Entering medical certificates into the timekeeping system and control spreadsheet;
* Monitoring and managing overtime bank and compensation;
* Verifying payroll/advance payments and corresponding deductions;
* Reviewing and monitoring the 13th-month salary payroll.
* Requesting documents from Accounting;
* Managing and reloading benefit cards monthly;
* Updating and maintaining spreadsheets for improved departmental management;
* Organizing HR-related files;
* Monitoring and implementing HR metrics: turnover, absenteeism, attendance, performance, training, learning assessment, organizational climate, salary competitiveness analysis, and talent retention.
* Promoting internal communication between the company and employees via social media.
* Conducting internal training sessions.
* Monitoring and managing PPRA and PCMSO programs.
* Scheduling and monitoring occupational health examinations (pre-employment, termination, periodic, etc.).
* Managing and monitoring occupational medicine and safety matters in coordination with partner clinics;
* Monitoring PPE provision for cleaning staff;
* Recruiting and managing the apprenticeship program in collaboration with partner companies.
* Monitoring Collective Bargaining Agreements (CBAs) for planning the salary adjustment payment with Accounting;
* Ensuring proper custody, preservation, maintenance, and cleanliness of office equipment, instruments, materials, and the workplace;
* Participating in training programs when requested.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
* Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields;
* Basic knowledge of Excel;
* Basic understanding of financial procedures;
* Proficiency with systems and data organization;
* Operational mindset with strong attention to detail.
