Description: * Psychology or Pedagogy degree with postgraduate specialization in Psychopedagogy; Experience in student counseling. * * Participate in all admission processes for Student Support Interns (PAE – Specialized Accompaniment Professional); * Supervise PAE interns; * Participate in internal pedagogical meetings, family meetings, student meetings, external community meetings, PAB meetings, partner schools meetings, and BSE meetings; * Participate in and support the organization of the Class Council; * Monitor the implementation of the PAB; * Participate in the planning, organization, and monitoring of pedagogical events; * Register and keep updated in the system all information related to students and their families; * Organize documentation such as reports, psychological and/or psychiatric evaluations; * Organize classes for the academic year; * Participate in decision-making processes concerning educators and students; * Provide support in emergency situations within the school community requiring emotional assistance; * Prepare reports, when necessary, in complex situations; * Monitor and implement the Anti-Bullying Protocol in cases of reported incidents; * Meet with specialists accompanying inclusion cases; * Advise teachers on strategies for inclusion; * Immediately notify the Inclusion Committee of inclusion cases; * Mediate conflicts and information discrepancies between students and educators; * Meet with teachers to discuss students’ pedagogical and behavioral issues; * Coordinate with educators regarding Individual Development Plans (IDPs) for inclusion students; * Coordinate with educators and supervisors regarding adapted assessments; * Monitor field study activities; * Welcome new students; * Assist students in planning time management and study schedules; * Monitor inclusion students; * Develop, when necessary, IDPs for inclusion students; * Meet with specialized professionals supporting students; * Promote integration among students; * Refer families, when appropriate, to specialized support services required by students; * Address family needs, either in person or online; * Respond to messages on MB within 24 hours. 2512030202191516514
