Job Summary: Professional to evaluate and create operational indicators, support management in decision-making, and consolidate results for operational alignment. Key Highlights: 1. Work on the creation and evaluation of operational indicators and controls. 2. Support managerial decision-making and daily operations. 3. Consolidate and present results for operational optimization. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Evaluate operational indicators; create control rules and processes to support management decision-making; * Support operations at complexes/units to expedite contract-related requirements; * Manage notifications and perform root cause analysis to support operations in achieving definitive solutions to operational issues; * Consolidate and present results to enable operational alignment and client deliverables; * Serve as a communication channel between corporate objectives and operations; * Monitor demands causing unproductivity, minimize financial impacts, and suggest improvement measures for indicators to the Operations Coordinator. * Develop operational indicators and control solutions aimed at improving operational productivity and profitability. **MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS FOR APPLICATION:** * Completed Bachelor's degree. * Postgraduate studies in progress or completed (preferred). * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Experience in indicator management (preferred). * Knowledge in Project Management (preferred). * Knowledge of Power BI (preferred). * Must reside in Ouro Branco/MG. Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's degree
