Job Summary: Senior professional responsible for managing and overseeing the planning of medium- and large-scale industrial projects, ensuring alignment and advancement of portfolio management maturity. Working Hours: Day shift Contract Type: Indefinite-term Application Period: December 04, 2025 to December 10, 2025 Mandatory Requirements: * Experience in managing medium- and large-scale projects. * Experience in planning management for medium- and large-scale projects. * Experience in developing plans for medium- and large-scale projects. * Experience in supervising planning activities for medium- and large-scale projects. * Experience leading planning teams. * Experience in managing project portfolio planning. * Advanced proficiency in MS Project. * Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6. * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Excel and Power BI. * Willingness to travel **Desirable Requirements**: Project Management Professional (PMP) certification. PMI-Certified Professional (PMI-CP). Professional Scrum Master I (PSM-I). PRINCE2 certification. AWP certification. English (Intermediate) **Job Responsibilities:** Lead and supervise planning teams for EFVM’s current project portfolio. Execute planning, cost management, and economic-financial control activities for the project portfolio, ensuring full adherence to planned targets (100% goal). Periodically update schedule, scope, budget, risk, and cost information in corporate project management tools. Monitor project performance indicators and support the Project Manager in data-driven decision-making. Prepare and maintain executive reports, dashboards, and weekly analyses covering physical progress, financial progress, variances, trends, and forecasts. Collaborate integrally with Engineering, Procurement, Contracting, and Project Execution teams to ensure information consistency. Support project governance, contributing to portfolio maturity advancement in management practices. Support internal audits, compliance reviews, and portfolio-related decision-making processes. Ensure compliance with Vale’s corporate methodologies (PNRs, PGSs, Economic and Financial Management, and SGM/SPM processes).
