**Learn about this opportunity** **We support diversity and inclusion; therefore, all our positions are also open to Persons with Disabilities (PwD).** If you focus on customers and innovation; make decisions openly and transparently; appreciate and foster a respectful work environment; collaborate across disciplines pragmatically and results-oriented while taking ownership of deliverables, learn more about our **Senior Electrical Technician** position. **Key position details:** * + Work location: Cidade Industrial \- MG; + Working hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:48 PM\. + Work modality: On-site; + Contract type: Permanent. **Responsibilities:** * + Read and interpret electrical drawings, sketches, schematics, and other data related to the tasks to be performed—using manuals, technical specifications, equipment drawings, and catalogs—to analyze and resolve identified failures and plan the work schedule; + Use measurement instruments for field diagnostics; + Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on installed automation systems (software and hardware), anticipate failures, solve problems, and implement improvements to ensure operational availability; + Develop automation system programs to address issues and drive continuous improvement, and test their functionality; + Participate in technical specifications for equipment to be installed, submitting technical reports with comparative and conclusive analyses to support decision-making; + Draft and review internal procedures to meet process improvement, quality, and cost-efficiency requirements; * + Configure and maintain devices connected to automation networks. **Required knowledge and skills:** * + Experience maintaining electro-electronic machinery; + Experience maintaining industrial equipment; + Experience commissioning power drives, such as frequency inverters and soft starters; + Knowledge of Siemens and Rockwell PLC and HMI programming; + Experience commissioning instruments using industrial network protocols. **Preferred qualifications:** * + Familiarity with NR12 regulation; + Knowledge of Profibus and Profinet industrial networks.
