Job Summary: Professional to perform carpentry work at construction sites, including assembly and fabrication of formwork, shoring, and structures, as well as service completion. Key Highlights: 1. Perform carpentry work, prepare construction sites, assemble metal formwork, fabricate wooden/metal formwork and slab ceilings (panels), assemble modular interlocking scaffolding, construct wooden protections and wooden roof structures, shore slabs and large spans, install doors and windows, and complete services such as scaffolding dismantling, cleaning and lubrication of metal formwork, selection of reusable materials, and storage of parts and equipment. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Assist in cutting, sanding, modeling, and planing wood and other materials; assembly/disassembly of panels (wood or metal) for foundation, base, floor, box, beam, column, slab, and retaining wall concreting; * Assist in fabricating wooden and other material formwork; assembly/disassembly of formwork for lintel, sill, groove, and anchorage block concreting; * Assist in preparing, identifying, organizing, assembling, and positioning panels (wood or metal) for various structures; creating templates for chemical, mechanical, and metallic inserts; * Assist in assembling panels (wood and metal) for structural reinforcement of foundations, floors, beams, columns, bases, and other tasks; * Interpret projects, work in compliance with standards, apply panel-specific techniques (wood and metal), and verify plumb and level; * Assemble workbenches, construction templates, shoring, scaffolding modules, panel bracing, calibrate cutting tools, operate electric cutting equipment, rotary tools, and hand tools; * Store, maintain, clean, and protect all inventory of prefabricated panels and tools used in task execution; * Conduct material quantity surveys, segregate and identify panels, and optimize formwork reuse. **Requirements and Qualifications** Required: * Incomplete elementary education; * Relevant work experience. **Additional Information** **Our benefits package includes:** **Health insurance for the employee and dependents;** **Dental insurance for the employee and dependents;** **Life insurance;** **Semi-annual Profit-Sharing Plan (PPR);** **Meal allowance of R$ 1\.000,00;** **Christmas Card;** **On-site cafeteria;** **Chartered transportation;** **Physical activity and wellness platform \- Wellhub;** **Special Support and Care Program for employees and family members \- PluxeeCuida;** **6-month maternity leave (Citizen Company Program);** **20-day paternity leave (Citizen Company Program).** **We are a Brazilian company engaged in exploration, development, and operation of mineral assets in Brazil.** With 18 years of experience, we currently operate across all regions of Brazil, maintaining a diversified portfolio covering a wide range of minerals, including iron ore, gold, nickel, rare earths, phosphate, and limestone. In 2024, the Mongais Project entered operation with a dry processing capacity of 1.5 million tons per year, increasing the total Baratinha Complex capacity to 4.0 million tons per year. In the municipalities of João Monlevade and Itabira (MG), the Pedra Branca Project began operations in the third quarter of 2025\. The project holds reserves of 130 million tons, including 33 million tons of high-grade ore, with full-capacity production expected to reach 2.0 million tons per year, using dry processing only. Additionally, Bemisa operates a pilot-scale gold project in Pará state, located in Água Azul do Norte near the Carajás polymetallic district. Developed from the greenfield stage, the project does not use tailings dams for waste disposal and employs predominantly local workers.
