Job Summary: Responsible for preventive and corrective maintenance of facilities, plumbing, and structural systems, performing repairs and supporting equipment assembly. Key Highlights: 1. Support equipment installation and assembly **Responsibilities:** * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on facilities, plumbing, and structural systems; * Carry out minor repairs on masonry, painting, flooring, doors, windows, and furniture; * Replace, unclog, and adjust toilets and urinals; * Perform basic maintenance on pipes, faucets, valves, and plumbing systems; * Support the installation and assembly of equipment and structures; * Identify maintenance needs and report them to the area supervisor; * Use appropriate tools and equipment to perform tasks; * Maintain organization and proper storage of tools and work materials; * Comply with occupational safety regulations and internal procedures. **Requirements and Qualifications:** * Completed high school education. **Benefits:** We offer an attractive benefits package, including various advantages that support the well-being and satisfaction of our employees.
