Job Summary: Responsible for verifying invoices, inspecting goods, reporting irregularities, and supervising truck loading and unloading to ensure safety and integrity. Key Highlights: 1. Invoice and goods verification to ensure compliance. 2. Ensuring physical integrity of goods and transportation safety. 3. Focus on safety and ergonomic standards in cargo handling. Responsible for verifying invoices for goods received from suppliers or dispatched for delivery to customers. **Requirements:** * High school diploma (preferred); * Experience in this role or related fields; * Basic computer skills; * Flexible availability. **Responsibilities:** * Verify invoices for received and dispatched goods, checking whether specifications and quantities match those stated; * Inspect the physical integrity of received and dispatched goods to identify damage and/or defects; * Report all irregularities found to the immediate supervisor; * Guide and supervise truck loading, ensuring goods are properly positioned, secured, and/or protected against damage to maintain safety and integrity during transportation; * Guide and supervise unloading of goods from trucks, ensuring proper transport and storage in designated locations; * Ensure compliance with safety and ergonomic standards, including mandatory use of PPE, especially during handling and/or movement of heavy loads; * Perform tasks according to instructions and priorities set by the immediate supervisor.
