MISSION: Coordinate all cleaning services in F&B areas and professionally attend to all guests during their stay in accordance with Vila Galé standards. YOUR PROFILE: High school diploma completed Knowledge of cleaning products and safety equipment Understanding of hygiene and cleaning standards, food safety, HACCP, and current health legislation Experience in this role within medium- to large-scale hotels, hospitals, or supermarkets. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Direct and indirect management of F&B cleaning teams Onboarding of new employees Team training and development Support in managing usage of products and materials related to the role Planning activities according to period-specific demand Material requisition Support in purchase control, inventory, and stocktaking.
