We are seeking a **Senior Administrative Analyst**—someone who enjoys challenges, has solid experience in the administrative field, and is ready to assume a strategic and reference-level role in the area. **About the position:** The Senior Administrative Analyst will work in the procurement department, performing quotations, tracking orders and delivery deadlines, organizing budgets, and supporting expense management. Responsibilities include contract and supplier control, payment management (accounts payable), and providing corporate departments with information and documentation. The role also involves accountability reporting and improving and standardizing internal administrative processes. **TECHNICAL SKILLS:** a. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); b. Knowledge of administrative routines. c. Prior experience in the administrative or procurement field is desirable. d.
