




Job Summary: Grupo Seres and ID LOGISTIC are seeking a Quality Analyst to manage the quality management system, audit processes, analyze complaints, and ensure compliance with policies and regulations. Conducting internal audits and ensuring compliance ***Grupo Seres, in partnership with ID LOGISTIC, is recruiting professionals for the position of QUALITY ANALYST.*** **Requirements:** Completed higher education; Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel spreadsheets; Knowledge of quality management systems; English proficiency preferred; **Responsibilities:** * Provide support to Quality Management / Supervision / Coordination and Site Management for managing the local quality management system, through policies, procedures, operational manuals, work instructions, and document standardization. * Manage corrective actions, identify process risks, and drive continuous improvement using quality tools and people/team management. * Support tabulation and management of SLA and intranet KPIs established in the Operational Cockpit, via Operational Cockpits and intranet KPIs; ensure compliance with all commitments outlined in the CID Operational Best Practices Reference. * Deliver training and guidance to foster continuous growth. * Ensure successful outcomes in all required external and customer audits to meet internal, external, and customer requirements, in accordance with our Quality Policy and company values. * Conduct internal and corporate audits according to an annual plan; report all identified risks and necessary improvements to Quality Supervision / Coordination and Site Management. * Analyze and control customer complaints / disputes, based on incidents reported by customers after goods receipt; log complaints in databases, assess their validity, determine scope, perform root cause analysis, and enhance related processes. * Support management of NCs (Non-Conformities), RAPs (Requests for Action Plans), and RACs (Requests for Corrective Actions), and follow up on actions. Support conducting the temperature and unit performance review meeting. * Participate in the Unit’s Critical Review Meeting together with other departments and Site Management. * Monitor compliance with all applicable regulatory requirements and laws relevant to each individual and corporate operation. * Deliver training and coaching. Support the Site Manager and Quality Supervision / Coordination or Quality Manager in their absence, through established daily and monthly reporting. * Ensure all personnel understand and adhere to Quality, Safety, Environment, and Health Policies across all direct and indirect processes and services, through continuous communication, training, and internal auditing. * Follow up with departments or units (in corporate context) on open corrective and preventive actions, monitoring deadlines and status; * Participate in and support the Unit Head in customer and operational meetings when Quality Department involvement is required; * Prepare presentations for training and meetings as needed; * Organize the workplace in accordance with Quality Best Practices and 5S, complying with SMS rules. * Implement the Unit’s Quality, Safety, and Environmental Management System, respecting operational best practices and following the pillars of quality, occupational safety, and food/product safety, per the Unit’s policies, manuals, and operational procedures. * Be aware of significant environmental aspects and impacts, as well as unacceptable hazards and risks within your area. * Be informed about incidents and their investigations, and know your right to refuse work if the activity poses an imminent danger. **Salary:** * Salary expectation **Working Hours:** * Rotating schedule 5x2 – 08:00 to 17:48 **Work Location:** * Extrema/MG.
