Position: External Sales Representative for Refrigeration Equipment Location: State of Minas Gerais **About the Position** We are seeking an External Sales Representative to engage in prospecting, serving, and retaining customers in the field of refrigeration equipment for cold cargo transportation. The professional will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, presenting customized solutions, and managing the entire sales process, ensuring customer satisfaction. **Responsibilities** * Conduct external visits to customers; * Present the company's equipment portfolio and solutions; * CRM data entry; * Negotiate commercial terms, delivery timelines, and payment methods; * Prepare commercial proposals and track orders through to delivery; * Perform after-sales activities to ensure customer retention and identify new opportunities; * Map the market and identify potential new customers. **Requirements** * Experience in external sales; * Driver's license Category B and availability for travel; * Strong communication skills, persuasion ability, and results orientation; * Completed high school education (a college degree is a plus). **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in cold cargo refrigeration segment (e.g., truck tire industry, truck components, road transport equipment); * Knowledge of consultative selling techniques; * Willingness to participate in company-provided training programs. **Benefits:** * Unimed Health Insurance Plan; * Meal allowance/voucher; * Company vehicle; * Life insurance. **Compensation:** * Fixed salary + commissions **Working Hours:** * 44 hours per week.
