




Job Summary: The Promotional Assistant supports promotional activities from planning to execution, ensuring alignment with interfacing departments and managing diverse tasks. Key Highlights: 1. Management of partnerships and promotional materials The Promotional Assistant will be responsible for supporting promotional activities, acting from the planning stage through to execution, ensuring alignment with interfacing departments. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Manage and maintain inventory of giveaways and promotional materials; * Prospect and source giveaways from partners and suppliers; * Prepare budgets for giveaways, structures, uniforms, and promotional materials; * Contract, manage payments, scheduling, and timelines for external promotional teams; * Coordinate scheduling of announcers for live broadcasts and external activities; * Participate in strategic planning of promotional/commercial activities; * Prepare, execute, and coordinate promotional activities in the field; * Produce photographic and audiovisual records of activities; * Prepare post\-sales reports presenting results and proof of execution; * Manage logistics for setup, dismantling, and transportation of activities (demobilization); * Organize and update prize schedules and commercial activity timelines; * Serve clients, support commercial deliveries, and ensure correct on\-air execution of promotional mentions; * Create and suggest integrated promotions (radio and digital); * Draft promotional texts and announcements for production; * Schedule and control the broadcaster's vehicle dispatch; * Identify strategic locations for external activity execution; * Update the broadcaster's media kit monthly; * Develop commercial and promotional proposals; * Support the sales team, especially during account executives' vacations. **REQUIRED COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS:** * Organizational and logistical planning for activities and events; * Strong written and verbal communication skills for drafting promotional materials; * Ability to negotiate with suppliers and commercial partners; * Creativity in developing attractive promotional proposals; * Teamwork ability and flexibility in response to dynamic demands; * Familiarity with digital tools and social media applied in promotional contexts; * Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. **REQUIRED PROFILE:** * Completed high school education. * Driver's license category B. * Prior experience in promotional marketing, events, or advertising is considered a **plus**. **IMPORTANT INFORMATION:** * **Work mode:** On\-site. * **Working hours:** Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.; Saturdays, 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. * **Location:** Ipatinga/MG. **\*All our positions are open to professionals with disabilities (PCDs) and rehabilitated individuals\***
