Imagine yourself leading challenging, dynamic, and innovative projects, **and being responsible for:**
* Collaborating with transportation teams and Mercado Libre’s logistics operations to implement the optimal domestic transfer network—enabling faster customer service and optimized costs.
* Analyzing area performance indicators and developing action plans to correct potential deviations.
* Conducting audits to identify improvement opportunities in Transportation and Operations.
* Facilitating problem-solving sessions with cross-functional teams—including Operations and carriers—to determine the ideal implementation path for identified improvements.
**Requirements:**
* Bachelor’s degree completed in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related fields.
* Proficiency in Excel.
* Knowledge of and interest in performance indicator analysis and critical case management.
* Willingness to work onsite in Cajamar, São Paulo state; availability to work rotating shifts—either Sunday to Thursday or Tuesday to Saturday.
