Imagine yourself leading challenging, dynamic, and innovative projects—and being responsible for: * Collecting, organizing, and updating data related to training delivered at the unit. * Supporting the creation of strategic reports based on training data, identifying trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities. * Interpreting training area performance metrics and generating insights to support decision-making. * Delivering targeted training sessions in operations whenever needed, ensuring alignment between analysis and practice. * Contributing to the development of action plans aimed at improving operational metrics, with a focus on real impact in operations. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields. * Availability to work administrative shifts Monday through Friday, with flexibility for administrative or intermediate shifts in São João de Meriti, RJ. * Proficiency in Google Workspace suite—especially Sheets, Docs, Slides, and Chat.
