




Reporting to the Management. Distributes, guides and supervises the company's product billing services and delivery logistics (control of transportation companies, control of loads and distribution routes). Manages resources and supplies, prepares necessary documentation for cargo clearance. Researches transportation service prices, identifies and plans routes, and reports on transportation and cargo conditions. * Management of the Customer Service department and its 4 subdivisions (Quotation / Collection / Dispatch / Financial) * Personal and telephone customer service; * Perform reconciliation of cash freight payments received and forward to finance; * Control and refueling of fleet vehicles; * Manage processes for locating and reimbursing lost, damaged, and/or undelivered shipments. * Conduct quotations, budgets, cost-benefit analyses, generate reports, and provide feedback to customers and superiors; * Generate Route Checklists, Reports, Collection Orders, Scheduling, rescheduling. Maintaining records, performing necessary updates, and providing feedback to customers and superiors; * Issue, validate, send and verify waybills, invoices and CTEs related to scheduled and planned deliveries and collections; * Schedule, reschedule, and confirm collections; * Validate documents and incidents; * Handle customer complaints, memorizing or recording their content to report to superiors; Assist superiors with other demands and tasks related to the position.
