POSITIONS, VACANCIES, AND SALARIES OFFERED 2\. This Selection Process aims to fill vacancies for hiring professionals for the positions listed below: **POSITION:** Instructor (Logistics) **EMPLOYMENT TYPE:** Indefinite-term employment contract, in accordance with the Consolidation of Labor Laws (CLT). **BENEFITS:** Services offered at Operational Units, such as dental, psychological, physiotherapy, and nutritional care; transportation allowance (as stipulated by current legislation for those who opt for it); meal and/or food vouchers for positions with a 44-hour weekly workload. SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES **MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS:** **NOTE:** Verification of the requirements below may be requested at any time. **EDUCATION:** Bachelor’s degree completed in Logistics or Administration. The required qualifications must be verified through: a) Diploma/Certificate duly issued by an institution recognized by the Ministry of Education (MEC), and/or; b) Certificate of course completion accompanied by academic transcript, both duly signed and stamped (only valid for up to 180 days after graduation). **EXPERIENCE:** Proven professional experience in training and/or logistics courses. **VERIFICATION:** Documentation must explicitly relate to the activities specified in the minimum required qualifications, otherwise documents will be rejected. Professional experience verification must be demonstrated through: a) Employer’s statement containing the issuer’s CNPJ, official stamp, and signature, specifying start and end dates (if applicable) and nature of services rendered, along with a description of duties performed; b) Copy of the Work and Social Security Booklet (CTPS) or screenshot of the digital CTPS, including identification page and employer registration, explicitly showing relation to the desired position (only if CTPS registration title correlates with the position required in the Selection Process); c) Or copy of service provision contract or autonomous payment receipt (RPA), specifying activities performed during service provision, supplemented by item “a” above if the position title alone is insufficient to verify experience. **DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:** § Experience delivering courses and lectures. § Enrolled in postgraduate studies. § Computer literacy. **PROGRAM CONTENT:** **PORTUGUESE LANGUAGE (Common to all positions):** Text comprehension and interpretation.
