Itinerant work across different regions of the country Position: Field Supervisor (Transmission Lines) Job Summary: Lead operational teams in right-of-way maintenance services (manual and mechanized brush cutting). The professional will be responsible for ensuring achievement of daily targets, team safety, and schedule compliance across various regions of the country (itinerant regime). Main Responsibilities: Operational Leadership: Coordinate manual brush-cutting work fronts (machetes, backpack brush cutters) and mechanized work fronts (tractors/implements). Right-of-Way Management: Identify plant species, ensure proper clearance beneath towers, and control vegetation height according to technical standards. Safety and Quality: Ensure strict use of PPE, conduct DDS (Daily Safety Dialogue), and guarantee that activities cause no damage to transmission infrastructure. Logistics and Reporting: Monitor daily productivity, report physical progress via reports/e, and manage basic maintenance needs for equipment and machinery. Relationship Management: (confidential information) for access authorization to service areas, representing the company with courtesy and respect. Requirements: Proven experience in leading field teams (electric power sector, forestry, or agribusiness). Technical knowledge of brush-cutting techniques and operation of agricultural/forestry machinery. Full availability for travel (itinerant), including staying in accommodations across different states. Driver's license category B (category C or D preferred). Resilient, proactive profile with strong interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills. NR-10, NR-12, and NR-31 training. Prior specific experience in transmission lines (TL).
