Imagine spearheading challenging, dynamic, and innovative projects—and being responsible for: * Building and prioritizing regional strategic initiatives, collaborating with Product and IT teams to influence roadmaps and decisions with impact primarily in LATAM Brazil and Mexico. * Managing and developing your direct team—including analysts and assistants—promoting autonomy and connecting stakeholders and leaders at the regional level. * Defining and monitoring experience metrics, leveraging SQL proficiency for data queries and analysis, managing KPIs, and delivering executive reporting and communication to senior leadership in the area. * Conducting root cause analysis and developing cross-functional projects to reduce INP (items non-processable due to packaging/labeling errors) volume—avoiding rework and lowering costs. * Ensuring strategic root cause analysis to identify opportunities and lead projects and action plans—with availability to visit distribution centers in the São Paulo Metropolitan Region two to three times per week to strengthen relationships with area stakeholders and deepen understanding of our core business by observing operations firsthand. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Engineering, Business Administration, Process Management, Logistics, or related fields. * Experience in consulting is a plus—analytical and strategic profile, focused on leading cross-functional projects with LATAM impact. * Practical SQL mastery for querying, as you’ll need to extract, process, and analyze databases—and generate relevant insights and inputs for strategic decision-making in the area. * Proactive, curious, and extroverted—essential traits for identifying opportunities in this newly structured area. * Availability to visit distribution centers at least three times per week—primarily in the São Paulo Metropolitan Region—to identify operational opportunities, participate in key forums with area stakeholders, and deepen knowledge of our core business. **We offer you:** * The opportunity to be part of an entrepreneurial company that loves thinking big and long-term. * Ownership of your development in an environment rich in opportunity, learning, growth, expansion, and challenging projects. * Collaboration and knowledge-sharing with outstanding professionals and experts. * An excellent work environment—with everything you need to have a great experience. :) Mercado Livre does not contact candidates offering job opportunities in exchange for money.
