A construction and real estate development company is seeking an Architecture Intern in Belo Horizonte (Barreiro). **Responsibilities:** Support the preparation of massing studies, schematic designs, and references for new projects. Participate in briefings and alignment meetings with internal teams, external architects, and suppliers. Assist in organizing, reviewing, and coordinating projects, descriptive memoranda, and technical documents. Support monitoring of construction-related requests, renovations, retrofits, and improvements to common areas. Request quotations and assist in analyzing materials, finishes, lighting, doors, windows, and other project items. Assist in monitoring legal procedures, documentation, and requests submitted to public agencies and service providers. Support verification of checklists, owner manuals, and other materials related to project handover. Participate in technical site visits, trade fairs, market research, and benchmarking of new developments. Support the team in organizing information, records, pending items, and project-related requests. Previous internships in Design, Urbanism, Civil Engineering, or Urban Planning may indicate alignment with some activities of this position.
