We are looking for **a** **Product Development & Innovation Coordinator** to lead product development — someone who connects marketing, suppliers, and operations to turn ideas into successful products. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Identify market opportunities (category, trends, consumer behavior); * Translate consumer insights into product hypotheses; * Assess initial sizing (TAM/SAM/SOM) and potential revenue/margin; * Prioritize opportunities based on impact vs. feasibility; * Interface with laboratories for formulation development and factories for production — not only packaging suppliers; * Define and monitor testing (efficacy, stability, sensory); * Validate products with consumers (Fakedoor, qualitative/quantitative analysis, and others…); * Manage relationships with factories and suppliers; * Supervise technical briefings; * Manage the product launch pipeline; * Define raw materials and components; * Develop packaging (primary/secondary); * Monitor production and filling processes; * Ensure technical feasibility and quality consistency; * Structure the product P&L (COGS, margin, estimated CAC); * Analyze economic viability (payback, break-even); * Support definition of value proposition and commercial claims; * Assist in creating sales content and materials; * Monitor performance (sell-out, margin, repurchase); * Identify improvements or reformulations; * Manage portfolio mix (hero vs. long tail). **Requirements and Qualifications** * Degrees in Business Administration, Economics, Production Engineering, Advertising, or related fields. * Minimum of 4 years’ experience in cosmetic regulatory affairs, with proven track record in product development and team management. * Knowledge of business case development and P&L, cosmetic formulation, industrial supplier management, data and product metrics analysis, and fundamentals of branding and positioning. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in e-commerce or digital brands; * Interaction with international suppliers; * High volume of product launches; * Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Production Engineering, Advertising, or related fields; * Experience in Product Marketing and Innovation Marketing. **Additional Information** **Benefits?
