Telephone support and reservation assistance JOB POSTING – FRONT DESK ASSISTANT – HOTEL – GOVERNADOR VALADARES/MG A hotel located in Governador Valadares/MG is seeking a Front Desk Assistant for on-site work, focusing on guest service, front desk routine organization, and supporting the hotel's operational needs. Location: Downtown – Governador Valadares/MG Work Mode: On-site Employment Type: CLT Shift Schedule: 12x36 Available Shifts: 7 AM to 7 PM or 7 PM to 7 AM Compensation and Benefits: * Base salary: R$ 1.750,00 * Performance-based commission * Meal allowance: R$ 250,00 * Transportation allowance Average monthly earnings: approximately R$ 2.400,00 About the Opportunity We are seeking a professional to work as a Front Desk Assistant, providing guest support and ensuring an organized, courteous, and efficient experience throughout the entire stay. Main Responsibilities * Guest support at the front desk; * Assistance with check-in and check-out procedures; * Telephone support and reservation assistance; * Monitoring guest and visitor entries and exits; * Supporting front desk organization; * Assisting with operational demands and other hotel departments. Requirements * Completed high school education; * Experience in customer service; * Basic computer skills; * Good communication skills, friendliness, and professional demeanor; * Availability for the 12x36 shift schedule (day or night shifts); * Preferably full-time availability; * Not currently enrolled in studies (due to shift schedule and working hours).
