Imagine leading challenging, dynamic, and innovative projects**, being responsible for:** * Structuring, implementing, and evolving the Facilities Playbook—standardizing processes, procedures, operational routines, KPIs, and best practices. Planning and overseeing Facilities services, ensuring adherence to schedules, technical standards, SLA service levels, and continuous infrastructure improvement. * Managing service contracts, suppliers, third-party teams, materials, and equipment—overseeing the entire procurement cycle from requisition to receipt, inventory control, and payment—ensuring quality, productivity, resource availability, and operational compliance. * Managing costs, CAPEX and OPEX budgets, contracts, and utilities such as water, electricity, and LPG—identifying opportunities for financial optimization. Ensuring waste management, compliance with environmental requirements, and adherence to applicable regulations and legislation—promoting operational efficiency and sustainability. * Developing and monitoring performance indicators (KPIs), preparing analyses, action plans, inspections, operational procedures, and technical documentation to support infrastructure management. Leveraging digital tools and Artificial Intelligence for control automation, data analysis, report generation, and decision support. **Requirements:** * Experience managing contracts, suppliers, third-party teams, and Facilities service delivery—ensuring SLA compliance, operational quality, and continuous improvement. * Knowledge of cost and budget management (CAPEX and OPEX), technical standards, occupational safety, environmental management, and legal requirements.
