Job Summary: The professional will review menus, prepare and cook food, maintain kitchen hygiene and equipment, and assist the chef and customer service. Key Highlights: 1. Food preparation and cooking according to menus and technical sheets. 2. Maintaining and ensuring the proper operation of kitchen equipment. 3. Assisting in developing new recipes and customer service. Review the daily menu, verifying that required food items are properly sorted; Assist in and/or prepare main dishes, sauces, side dishes, and salads: pre-preparation for the following day and portioning according to the established schedule; Perform food cooking and deliver preparations to the distribution counter or storage, in accordance with procedures for meat pre-preparation as specified in menus and technical sheets. Hygiene Manual; Maintain and ensure the proper operation of equipment; Participate in cleaning and organizing the kitchen, equipment, and utensils; Oversee daily sample collection during the shift under their responsibility; Taste preparations; Assist the chef in developing new recipes; support customer and restaurant service.
