Responsibilities: Conduct sales processes with customers; Provide customer service via telephone; Identify value-generation opportunities during negotiations; Deliver high-quality service while consistently pursuing customer satisfaction and process efficiency, and whenever possible, converting calls into approvals; Follow established standards for call execution and logging of interactions; Achieve operational metrics such as productivity, service quality, conversion rate, among others.
