Collaborating with the team to enhance productivity and safety A Civil Engineering company is seeking a Construction Laborer in Belo Horizonte (Savassi). **Responsibilities:** Assist in general site activities, supporting masons, carpenters, steel fixers, and other professionals. Prepare, transport, and organize construction materials, ensuring efficiency and order on the construction site. Keep the construction site clean and organized, including removal of debris and waste. Support the assembly and disassembly of formwork, scaffolding, and temporary structures. Assist in the safe and efficient loading and unloading of materials and equipment. Comply with occupational safety regulations and wear appropriate PPE. Perform simple maintenance and repair tasks as directed by the technical team. Record activities and report incidents when required. Contribute to site productivity and safety by collaborating with the entire team. Perform other related duties as required by site needs. Previous experience as a Mason's Assistant, Civil Construction Assistant, Construction Equipment Operator, or Scaffolder may indicate suitability for some of the responsibilities of this position. High school diploma required.
