An environment that values innovation, community, and diversity. FCamara is looking for a Systems Developer and RPA Developer to collaborate with a client in the banking sector. The client is an innovative company operating a proprietary RPA platform powered by Automation Anywhere, and also leverages Python for its automations and AI agents. **Responsibilities and Duties** Tasks the professional will perform. * Discuss and understand requirement gathering and process mapping focused on automation activities for AUTOMATION REQUESTS; * Conduct meetings and/or questionnaires, and utilize existing inputs to understand the business context and respective processes; * Align with the client team's Product Owner (PO); * Implement RPA automations using Automation Anywhere, Python, and other languages such as .NET, Java, or scripts; * Develop AI agents using Python and the client's frameworks; * Design test scenarios for automation implementation; * Adopt deployment processes for QA and PROD environments; * Create and maintain documentation, including updated evidence of user acceptance testing (UAT) and sign-off; * Monitor and support robotic processes; * Provide feedback to the project team regarding necessary delivery adjustments to mitigate or prevent production failures; * Follow monitoring and incident response procedures. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Hard Skills:** * Experience with robotic process automation platforms such as Automation Anywhere (preferably), UI Path, Blue Prism, Bot City, or others; * Experience in systems development using programming languages such as Python, Java, Microsoft technologies, or others; * Experience in developing AI agents is desirable; * Experience in cloud environments—especially AWS—is desirable; * Ability to analyze functional/technical requirements. **Soft Skills:** * A profile that enjoys researching and identifying alternative solutions to problems; * Excellent communication skills; * A person who inspires colleagues and motivates the team when facing challenges; * Proactivity. **Here, we are \#OrangeBlood!** We have been in the market for 17 years, partnering closely with our clients to deliver transformative experiences.
