Job Summary: Responsible for operating weighing, packaging, and labeling processes; assembling and disassembling machinery; preparing production lines; performing cleaning; and maintaining quality standards. Ensuring quality and safety standards Responsibilities and Duties: * Perform weighing, packaging, labeling, and cartoning processes following the specific Work Instructions (WIs) for each department; * Assemble and disassemble machinery according to WI guidelines; * Prepare production lines for new batches and products, as specified in the WIs; * Clean machinery, equipment, utensils, worktables, and shelves within the department, following instructions defined in the WIs; * Maintain organized and clean production lines throughout the entire process; * Verify quality parameters—including taste, consistency, appearance, density, weight, and label artwork—to ensure compliance with WIs; * Complete and keep quality and productivity records up to date; * Fully comply with company-established safety regulations; * Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) at all stages of work; * Perform other tasks assigned to the department, as requested. Requirements and Qualifications: * Completed high school education; * Knowledge of GMP and production order documentation; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
