Key role in restructuring and continuous process improvement We are looking for an Operations Manager to manage and structure the operations of a school network, focusing on operational efficiency, people management, and interdepartmental integration. The position plays a strategic role in coordinating operations and administrative areas, supporting the executive leadership team in organizing processes and ensuring smooth functioning of all units. ### **Main Responsibilities** * Managing school unit operations to ensure service quality and efficiency; * Coordinating administrative areas: HR, payroll, finance, and procurement; * Managing the school nutrition area, supervising supervisors and operational teams; * Monitoring daily operational routines and supporting unit leadership; * Managing KPIs, processes, and operational improvements; * Direct interface with supervisors and coordinators to ensure smooth operations; * Supporting the organization and structuring of operations during restructuring phases. ### **Technical Requirements** * Completed undergraduate degree; * Experience in operations management and team leadership; * Ability to manage multiple departments and large teams; * Organized, analytical profile with strategic vision; * Strong interpersonal skills and decision-making ability; * Prior experience in educational institutions or private schools is desirable. ### **Behavioral Profile** * Leadership * Organization * Management Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's Degree
