Job Summary: This professional will be responsible for visually and technically inspecting received materials to ensure their quality, compliance, and integrity, as well as organizing and storing inventory. Key Highlights: 1. Focus on visual and technical material inspection to ensure quality 2. Responsibility for document verification and recording of non-conformities 3. Management of material routing and storage, including periodic inspections * Perform visual and technical inspection of received materials, verifying **quality, compliance**, and **integrity**. * Verify documents such as **invoices, quality certificates, technical reports**, and specifications. * Record non-conformities and communicate deviations to responsible parties, issuing reports when necessary. * Ensure correct materials are routed to **inventory**, **production**, or **shipping**. * Monitor the **receiving process** and support inventory control. * Correctly identify, label, and store materials in accordance with internal standards and procedures. * Conduct periodic inspections of inventory to verify storage conditions and validity. * Collaborate with internal and external audits. * Comply with workplace **safety, cleanliness**, and **organization** standards.
