Focus on process improvement and loss reduction The Engineering Trainee may be assigned to different departments within the company to understand the operations and requirements of each area. They will have the opportunity to participate in projects and develop technical skills, such as using engineering tools and software, for example. **Responsibilities:** * Verification of service measurement reports; support in project cost management and control activities; * Control/Follow\-up of critical payment settlements; * Preparation of data for generating operational performance indicator reports; * Budget monitoring; * Conducting and executing studies to reduce process losses; * Ensuring documentation fidelity with executed processes (auditing); * Identifying undesirable performance and proposing corrective action plans; * Monitoring, learning, and documenting detailed internal procedure steps; * Continuously suggesting process performance improvements; * Preparing project reports and documentation; * Monitoring equipment and material testing and trials, as well as liaising with suppliers and business partners; * Monitoring and executing engineering-related activities, including feasibility studies, project development, technical documentation, and work method development, aiming to prepare for the planned professional role and enhance knowledge of the company’s business, products, or services. **Education/Qualifications:** * Microsoft Office Suite * Completed undergraduate degree (within the last 2 years) or currently pursuing an undergraduate degree (with up to 2 years remaining until graduation) in Engineering. **Desired Skills/Attitudes:** * Dynamism; * Leadership; * Communication; * Punctuality; * Interpersonal skills; * Organization; * Adaptability to change; * Time availability.
