




Job Summary: Pharmacist responsible for full-scope pharmaceutical care, inventory management, distribution of medications and medical supplies, report generation, and team supervision. Main Responsibilities: * Full-scope pharmaceutical care; * Inventory control and updating (minimum and maximum quantities, batch numbers, expiration dates, costs, purchase forecasting); * Receiving, storage, and repackaging of medications in accordance with ANVISA regulations; * Management of medications and supplies for ambulances, passenger trains, outpatient clinics, and emergency rooms; * Distribution of medications and supplies to service points; * Preparation of technical and statistical reports; * Supervision of procurement, supplier qualification, and cost control; * Manual of Good Dispensing Practices; * Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs); * Compliance with the Waste Management Plan (PGRSS); * Recordkeeping in the National Pharmaceutical Control System (SNGPC) and fulfillment of other legal obligations; * Organization and maintenance of documentation required by regulatory authorities; * Conducting and supervising team training (inventory management, safe dispensing, patient quality and safety, preparation of kits, controlled substances, etc.); * Participation in management meetings with multidisciplinary teams. **Requirements** * Completed undergraduate degree in Pharmacy; * Active registration with the Regional Council of Pharmacy; * Knowledge of inventory management, sanitary legislation, and medication control (including controlled substances); * Experience with computerized medication control systems (including SNGPC).
