We are seeking a ***Customer Service Analyst*** to join our team at our unit located in the Cruzeiro neighborhood. **Responsibilities:** Responsible for serving external customers (health insurance providers, clinics, healthcare plans, and others) and internal customers (Customer Support Center, Sales, Billing, and Physicians) regarding authorization processes, scheduling of examinations and consultations, and patient transportation. Responsible for conducting authorization processes for hospital admissions and admission extensions with health insurance providers. Responsible for customer service, registration of admissions and discharges, as well as requesting authorizations from health insurance providers. * Access patient medical records; * Cancel and/or replace healthcare plan authorizations; * Request authorizations from healthcare plans; * Follow up with service providers for overdue deliveries; * Receive and register department documents; * Request examinations/procedures from clinics and healthcare plans; * Request patient transportation through third-party transport providers or healthcare plans. **100% in-person work at the Cruzeiro neighborhood in Belo Horizonte.** Compensation: starting at R$2.871,57 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Healthcare plans and commercial discounts * Meal allowance * Food voucher * Transportation allowance Education: * Completed high school (Mandatory) Work location: In-person
