




Job Summary: Professional responsible for registering, verifying, and controlling surgical materials and procedures, as well as managing pending issues and OPME protocols. Key Highlights: 1. Surgical procedure and material registration and control 2. Operating room expense verification and pending issue management 3. OPME protocol execution * Register surgery completion in the system, entering service providers, service codes, and fees to confirm surgical procedure execution; * Receive unused surgical kits, medications, and supplies from the operating block and record their return in the system to maintain material control; * Verify operating room expenses by comparing system records with documentation from the operating block to confirm materials used, requesting adjustments when necessary; * Report pending issues related to Nursing and Medical records for correction; * Execute OPME (Orthoses, Prostheses, and Special Materials) protocols for operating room sheets when OPME items are used during surgical procedures, forwarding them to the Consignment departments and, after verification, to the Billing department; * Monitor office supply inventory within the department, assess replenishment needs, and request restocking from the warehouse upon approval by the manager/immediate supervisor; Shift: 12x36 \- 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM This position is also open to Persons with Disabilities (PWDs).
