Job Summary: A professional responsible for collecting toll fees, assisting customers, and contributing to traffic flow efficiency and toll plaza effectiveness. Key Highlights: 1. Contribution to the effective operation of the toll plaza * Collect toll fees efficiently and quickly, verifying the authenticity of banknotes using manual or automated systems according to payment type (cash, credit/debit card, or electronic systems such as tags); * Accurately provide change, issue toll receipts or payment confirmations to drivers, and perform cash withdrawals in accordance with procedures; Perform the "queue management" task whenever requested by your supervisor, improving traffic flow through advance collection; * Assist customers on roadways when necessary; * Ensure high-quality user service and handle complaints courteously and respectfully; * Contribute to the effective operation of the toll plaza by deploying appropriate signage and devices, as well as proactively managing lane reversals; * Identify non-conformities and propose corrective and preventive actions aimed at addressing deviations from the Integrated Management System (IMS); * Requirements: Completed high school education Reside in Sete Lagoas - MG Desirable: Knowledge of traffic signage and radio communication; Skills: Cash handling and logical reasoning.
