Teamwork and agility during peak hours **Main Responsibilities and Activities:** * **Customer Service:** Greet customers, offer flavors, provide suggestions, and ensure satisfaction. * **Product Preparation:** Assemble cones, cups, bowls, milkshakes, açaí, juices, and coffee, following quality standards. * **Hygiene and Organization:** Clean tables, counters, equipment, and the general environment. **Requirements and Skills:** * **Customer Service:** Be friendly, efficient, and courteous. * **Agility and Proactivity:** Ability to work at a fast pace, especially during busy days. * **Teamwork:** Collaborate with other team members. * **Personal Hygiene:** Follow hygiene regulations, such as wearing hairnets, keeping nails trimmed, and avoiding jewelry (rings, bracelets) during food preparation. * **Availability:** Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
