Supporting monthly closing and decision-making **Financial Assistant** The Financial Assistant will manage cash flow; record, verify, and monitor accounts payable and receivable; perform bank reconciliations; organize financial documents; prepare financial reports and Excel spreadsheets; support monthly financial closing; monitor financial KPIs and dashboards; and provide internal departments with financial information to support decision-making. **Key Responsibilities:** Daily, weekly, and monthly cash flow monitoring and control Recording, verification, and control of accounts payable and accounts receivable Bank reconciliation and bank statement analysis Organization and control of financial documents Preparation of managerial financial reports in Excel Updating financial spreadsheets and supporting monthly closing Developing and monitoring financial KPIs Providing internal departments with financial information for decision-making Creating and maintaining financial dashboards in Power BI (preferred) **Requirements:** Completed high school education Experience in finance, specifically in accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash flow management Intermediate to advanced Excel skills; Power BI is a plus **Benefits:** Dental plan Shuttle service or transportation allowance / fuel allowance On-site cafeteria Gift voucher Food basket Parking Dental plan Day off **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 7:00 AM to 4:48 PM.
