Conduct various occupational medical examinations A consulting firm specializing in recruitment and selection is seeking an Occupational Physician in Barão de Cocais. Focused on technology and design, it strives to efficiently meet its clients’ needs. **Responsibilities:** Coordinate and execute Occupational Health actions at industrial construction sites. Develop, implement, and monitor the PCMSO in accordance with current legislation. Conduct occupational medical examinations (pre-employment, periodic, change-of-function, return-to-work, and termination). Assess and monitor employees absent due to illness or work-related accidents. Investigate and analyze occupational diseases and accidents, issuing technical opinions. Issue and manage ASOs (Occupational Health Certificates), CATs (Work Accident Reports), medical reports, and other legally required documents. Support absenteeism management, leave handling, and functional reassignments. Collaborate closely with the Occupational Safety team to prevent health hazards. Participate in health promotion campaigns (vaccination, ergonomics, mental health, prevention of chronic diseases). Provide outpatient medical care as required by the construction site. Ensure compliance with regulatory standards (NRs, especially NR-07, NR-01, and NR-09\). Serve as the Technical Responsible Officer before regulatory authorities where applicable. Previous experience as an Occupational Physician, Occupational Health Physician, Occupational Safety Specialist Physician, or Senior Occupational Physician may indicate alignment with some of the responsibilities of this position. Bachelor’s degree required.
