We currently have an opening for Customer Service at a market-leading real estate agency. **Main Responsibilities:** * Provide initial customer service, both in-person and via telephone/WhatsApp; * Deliver basic information about properties, leasing processes, and sales; * Direct customers and inquiries to the respective departments; * Organize information and assist with simple administrative routines. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education; * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Proficiency in public-facing customer service; * Organizational skills and attention to detail; * Basic computer literacy. **Additional Information:** * Salary: R$ 2\.175; * Meal allowance of R$ 24.00/day (Ifood Benefits card); * Transportation allowance or fuel assistance (Ifood Benefits card); * Gympass; * Unimed health insurance (co-payment plan); and * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 6 PM (100% in-person), plus one Saturday per month (8 AM to 1 PM); * Location: Cidade Jardim, Belo Horizonte.
