Do you want to be part of something truly great and learn a lot, in an environment guided by ethics, commitment, appreciation, and respect for people? **Then \#JoinEconomart!** #### **Main responsibilities:** * Support the development of schedules, action plans, and activity tracking. * Update task statuses and flag risks or delays to the project owner. * Organize calendars, meeting minutes, and meeting records. * Conduct interviews with users to understand requirements. * Document functional requirements and process flows. * Support corporate system implementations. * Perform functional testing and record evidence. * Monitor user acceptance testing (UAT) with business areas. * Document integration flows between systems. * Assist in validating integrated data. * Support integration testing and identification of inconsistencies. * Log incidents and track technical requests with vendors. * Monitor response deadlines according to SLAs. * Organize evidence and communications related to deliverables. * Develop manuals, procedures, and operational workflows. * Maintain an updated documentation repository. * Support process standardization and system usage. * Update project operational indicators. * Organize evidence for internal audits. * Ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures. #### **Mandatory requirements:** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Information Systems or related fields. * Experience with activity or project management tools such as Jira, Trello, Planner, MS Project, or similar. * Prior experience in corporate IT, supporting projects, implementing systems, or improving processes. * Experience gathering and documenting requirements from business areas. * Participation in implementation or upgrades of corporate systems (ERP, POS, BI, or administrative systems). * Experience performing functional testing and supporting UAT with users. * Experience tracking incidents and technical requests with technology vendors. * Experience developing technical documentation and operational manuals. #### **Desirable (preferred) qualifications:** * Experience in retail or wholesale environments (store operations, inventory, billing, point-of-sale). * Experience with system integrations (file exchange, APIs, web services, or ETL). * Experience with project management tools (Jira, Trello, MS Project, Planner, or similar). * Practical knowledge of databases and basic SQL queries for data validation. * Experience with BI tools. #### **Benefits:** * Market-competitive salary; * Transportation allowance * Commuter bus service * Meals provided at the company * Breakfast and afternoon coffee * Health insurance * Dental insurance * Life insurance * SESC partnership * University partnerships: discounts of up to 80% at select institutions * Opportunity for professional growth. #### **Work schedule and hours:** On-site work from Monday to Thursday, 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., and Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
