




* Oversee the entire inventory of Operational Equipment at a delivery station (IT Equipment, Fixed Assets, and OPS); * Receive and monitor Bags handled daily at the station, identifying delays in returns; * Interact with and periodically follow up with external and internal partners regarding identified pending items (delays in returns); * Record Official Inventories (VDE) – Documentation of discrepancies and result analysis; * Open and monitor Maintenance Tickets related to station equipment and general services; * Participate in RME meetings and track the status of open B32:I33 Tickets; * Monitor the Preventive and/or Corrective Maintenance schedule for equipment; * Issue PTs (Work Permits) for third-party service execution at the station; * Issue Purchase Requests (POs) for sending equipment to maintenance; * Inventory and control operational supplies (Packaging materials for use and consumption, etc.); * Support the execution of preparation processes for dynamics conducted during Pre-onboarding periods, especially during Peak seasons; * Support the PXT team in executing dynamics (interview shifts) during hiring periods; * Maintain updated records of waste volume and type according to established schedules.
