Ensure quality and consistency of communications We are looking for a Junior CRM Analyst to support campaign operations and routine tasks within the department, contributing to the efficient execution of customer communications. Key Responsibilities: • Contribute to greater CRM campaign effectiveness by assisting in building customer strategies and segmentation focused on conversion and retention. • Help improve customer engagement metrics (renewals, churn, new contracts) through execution, monitoring, and optimization of CRM strategies across all stages of the customer journey. • Send communications promptly using available CRM tool channels and monitor metrics for these deliveries. • Perform simple database segmentation. • Update workflows and communications in CRM tools. • Monitor basic performance metrics. • Ensure quality and consistency of communications. • Support organization of the department’s calendar and workload. • Support creation and briefing with the agency. Requirements: Initial experience or internship in CRM, digital marketing, or related fields. Basic knowledge of marketing automation tools. Intermediate Excel skills. Organized profile with attention to detail. Experience or affinity with data analysis and performance metrics. Desirable: Experience with email, in-app push, SMS, and WhatsApp channels. Experience with CRM/Marketing platforms, especially Salesforce Marketing Cloud (preferred). Knowledge of database segmentation and journey automation.
