Job Summary: Accounting analyst to ensure data integrity, timeliness, and accuracy of services delivered, performing departmental routine tasks. Key Highlights: 1. Responsible for technical analyses and accounting routines 2. Performs account classifications, reconciliations, and financial closings 3. Provides customer support and interacts with other departments Conduct technical analysis of accounting documents and perform department-specific routines to ensure data integrity, adherence to established deadlines, and accuracy of services delivered to clients. **Responsibilities:** * Classify and reconcile accounting accounts; * Perform journal entries and system integrations in Questor; * Execute financial closings for companies under Simples Nacional, Lucro Presumido, and Lucro Real tax regimes; * Support trial balance closing and calculation of IRPJ and CSLL taxes; * Analyze accounting processes, validate balances, and control fixed assets; * Attend to clients, clarify doubts, and provide accounting guidance; * Interact with other departments for information verification and integration; * Support report preparation and participate in accounting closing meetings. **Technical Competencies:** **Required:** * Bachelor's degree in Accounting Sciences; active CRC registration. * Intermediate computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite – especially Excel). * Proficiency in accounting legislation and processes. **Desirable:** * Postgraduate studies in Accounting. * Experience with the Questor system. **Benefits:** * Salary negotiable * Meal allowance * Transportation reimbursement * Home office allowance * Co-payment health insurance plan * Day off or week off on birthday * Partner pharmacy discount program * Must reside in Pedro Leopoldo or surrounding area Work Location: Hybrid remote work for Pedro Leopoldo, MG
