Hardware, software, and network troubleshooting **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Provide support to computer network users, including equipment assembly, repairs, configuration, and assistance with available hardware and software; * Perform equipment maintenance and preservation; * Respond to user requests for resolving issues detected in hardware, software, and network systems. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Technical course in information technology; * Knowledge of hardware and software; * Flexible working hours. * Provide support to computer network users, including equipment assembly, repairs, configuration, and assistance with available hardware and software. * Perform equipment maintenance and preservation, reporting to the IT analyst any need for repair or replacement. * Assemble equipment, deploy systems used by units, and train users on available applications, providing support and training for problem resolution. * Perform data backups and other data security procedures. * Install upgrade software and implement other adaptations/modifications to improve equipment performance. * Report system errors or interruptions to the IT analyst to obtain guidance on resolution methods and maintain system operation. * Respond to user requests for resolving issues detected in hardware, software, and network systems, identifying the nature of the problem, performing repairs, or notifying the IT analyst about the need to engage specialized technical support for each issue type, ensuring all equipment, software, applications, and networks remain fully operational. * Guide users on correct equipment usage and proper use of installed software and applications within the company environment. * Perform other tasks of similar nature, complexity, and responsibility level as instructed by supervisors.
