Interdepartmental collaboration and client relationship management Carry out activities related to the accounting process while maintaining information integrity and compliance with current legislation. **Job Description:** * Execute and monitor accounting processes for companies operating under different tax regimes (Simples Nacional, Lucro Presumido, and Lucro Real), ensuring compliance with applicable legislation. * Perform reconciliations, account analyses, controls, and periodic accounting closings, contributing to the preparation of trial balances and financial statements. * Operate and update accounting and management systems, ensuring data integrity, integration, and timeliness. * Maintain close client relationships and ensure clarity and quality in service delivery. * Collaborate with other internal departments to promote integration, alignment of information, and process efficiency. * Participate in follow-up meetings, balance sheet closings, and internal/external events, contributing to communication and continuous departmental improvement. **Technical Skills / Qualifications:** **Required:** * Completed or ongoing degree in Accounting Sciences * Intermediate computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite – especially Excel) **Desirable:** * Experience with the Questor system * Experience working in an accounting firm **Benefits:** * Salary negotiable * Meal allowance * Transportation reimbursement * Co-payment health insurance plan * Remote work allowance * Birthday leave (either on the birthday date or during the birthday week) * Partnership agreement with a pharmacy * Must reside in Pedro Leopoldo or surrounding areas Work Location: Hybrid remote work arrangement for Pedro Leopoldo, MG
