We don’t focus solely on development and coding; as a Team Tech Lead, you’ll assume a leadership role across the entire software development pipeline—from requirements gathering and specification, architecture definition, modeling, implementation, testing, quality assurance, to deployment and maintenance. In other words, you’ll have opportunities to grow across multiple domains! Work is conducted within collaborative teams fully focused on delivering optimal results for each client, and your role will be to lead them by example and serve as a technical expert contributing to the team’s success. We employ agile methodologies, and our team is full-stack, working primarily on the SYDLE ONE platform.
