Development of project proposals for resource acquisition About the Opportunity Strategic and operational involvement in coordinating social projects targeting children and older adults, ensuring efficient implementation, monitoring, and achievement of results. The professional will be responsible for navigating across different territories and projects, guaranteeing delivery quality and alignment with partners and public agencies. Main Responsibilities * Overall coordination of social projects * Team management and supervision (supervisors report directly to the coordinator) * Project monitoring and evaluation * Ensuring achievement of targets and performance indicators * Development and launch of new projects * Management of multiple projects simultaneously (average of 6 projects) * Reporting results to partners and public agencies * Relationship management with companies and *stakeholders* * Development of project proposals for resource acquisition * Direct engagement with communities Desired Profile * Strong process management and execution mindset * Ability to manage multiple concurrent demands * Effective communication and interpersonal relationship skills * Emotional intelligence and stability for working in social contexts * Organized, proactive, and responsible profile Technical Requirements * Knowledge of project structuring and management * Familiarity with PMDPro * Experience with management methodologies (e.g., Monday) * Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Office and OneDrive (for internal control and team management) * Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Pedagogy, or related fields Additional Information * Involvement in educational and social projects * Requirement to travel between municipalities: Belo Horizonte, Contagem, and Betim * Fieldwork in communities * Potential concentration of workload in specific territories Mobility * Driver's license category B (desirable for using company vehicles) * Alternative transportation options: company cars, Uber, taxis, or public transport with corporate card Work Location * Offices: Heliópolis and Barreiro regions, Belo Horizonte; Contagem\-MG * Anticipated opening of a new unit in Betim\-MG Working Hours * Monday to Friday * 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (with 1-hour lunch break) Compensation and Benefits Salary: R$ 5\.928,70 Benefits: * Flexible card (food/meal allowance) * Health insurance * Dental insurance * Transportation allowance Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's Degree Driver's License: B * Food or Meal Allowance * Company car for travel to project sites
