The Facibe Group is hiring an Educational Learning Center Supervisor to manage the administrative, academic, and commercial operations of a small-scale learning center located in the Floresta neighborhood. The professional will be responsible for ensuring compliance with institutional guidelines, commercial targets, regulatory requirements, and service quality for students, acting both strategically and operationally. **Key Responsibilities** * Management of the learning center team (performance monitoring, routine organization, and operational support); * Monitoring and follow-up of student services provided; * Management and tracking of enrollments and commercial targets; * Development and implementation of student retention strategies; * Monitoring institutional and regulatory updates from the university; * Ensuring compliance with the education regulatory framework, MEC regulations, and other structural and academic requirements; * Oversight of administrative and academic processes; * Direct involvement in the learning center’s operational activities, as needed. **Requirements** * Proven experience as a Supervisor in the education sector (mandatory); * Experience managing teams; * Knowledge of enrollment, retention, and academic routine processes; * Basic understanding of educational regulations and MEC requirements; * Organized, proactive, and results-oriented profile. **Job Information** * **Work location:** Floresta neighborhood * **Working hours:** Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 18:00 * **Employment type:** CLT (Consolidated Labor Laws) * **Salary:** To be negotiated (experience and expertise in the field will be considered in determining compensation) **Benefits** * Meal allowance of BRL 17.00 per day * Transportation allowance * Tuition assistance covering up to 70% for undergraduate and graduate programs (extendable to dependents after the probationary period) * SESC membership (after the probationary period) Compensation: Up to BRL 3,000.00 per month Benefits: * Education assistance * Company-provided mobile phone * Meal allowance * Food allowance * Transportation allowance Work location: On-site
