Management of team and academic routines Grupo Facibe is hiring an Educational Center Supervisor to manage the administrative, academic, and commercial operations of a small-sized educational center (team comprising 3 employees) located in the Floresta neighborhood. The professional will be responsible for ensuring compliance with institutional guidelines, commercial targets, regulatory requirements, and student service quality, acting both strategically and operationally. **Main Responsibilities** * Management of the center's team (performance monitoring, routine organization, and operational support); * Monitoring and follow-up of service interactions; * Management and tracking of enrollments and commercial targets; * Development and implementation of student retention strategies; * Monitoring of institutional and regulatory updates from the university; * Ensuring compliance with education regulatory frameworks, MEC regulations, and other structural and academic requirements; * Control of administrative and academic processes; * Direct involvement in the center's operational activities when necessary. **Requirements** * Proven experience as a Supervisor in the educational sector (mandatory); * Experience in team management; * Knowledge of enrollment, retention, and academic routine processes; * Basic knowledge of educational regulations and MEC requirements; * Organized, proactive, and results-oriented profile. **Job Information** * **Work location:** Floresta neighborhood * **Working hours:** Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 18:00 * **Employment type:** CLT * **Salary:** To be negotiated (experience and expertise in the field will be considered for salary determination) **Benefits** * Meal allowance of R$ 17.00 per day * Transportation voucher * Study grant of up to 70% for undergraduate and postgraduate programs (extendable to dependents after the probation period) * SESC membership (available after the probation period)
