Sanko Seika is a Japanese company specializing in the production and distribution of food products, including rice-based items and snacks. Committed strongly to quality, the company serves both domestic and international markets. **Responsibilities:** Conduct active collections from overdue customers (via phone, WhatsApp, and e\-mail). Negotiate payment terms, agreements, and renegotiations aligned with Group guidelines. Monitor contracts, installments, and financial pending items. Update internal records and log interactions in the system. Track delinquency indicators and support preventive actions. Maintain clear, respectful, and assertive communication with internal and external customers.
